ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Depew will hold a Public Hearing on September 12, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. (pre-board held in OEM office at 6:30 P.M.) in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 85 Manitou Street, Depew, NY to consider the application of The Broadway Group, LLC., for four variances on property located at 3230-3236 Walden Avenue of Chapter 260, §260-26A(2) to permit them to erect free-standing, single tenant, commercial retail store with a reduced front yard setback from 30’ to 8’, Chapter 260, §260-34E(1) to permit them to reduce the number of parking spaces from 34 to 30, Chapter 260, §260-26A(2) to permit them setback relief of the vehicle use area, and Chapter 260, §260-34K to allow them to have a loading facility in the rear yard setback adjoining a residential area as required by the Village Ordinance.  The current zoning is C-2 Shopping Center District.

 

Any and all persons interested in such application will be heard at this time.
