VILLAGE OF DEPEW

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PUBLIC HEARING 

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Depew will hold a Public Hearing on April 8, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 85 Manitou Street, Depew, NY to consider the application of Jacqueline Foote for the property located at 110 Marrano Dr, of Chapter 260, §260-23A (2) to construct a covered porch with the required front set back requirement of 25ft.  The requested setback is 18ft.

A pre-board meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. in OEM Office/Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 85 Manitou St., Depew, N.Y.  All social distancing and mask requirements will be followed as per the Governor’s order 202.

Any and all persons interested in such application will be heard at this time.  Applicants will be heard in person; public will be able to view and make comment via Facebook Live on the Village of Depew’s Facebook page due to social distancing restrictions.

Please note meeting/format is subject to change due to changing COVID-19 restrictions.
