PLANNING BOARD

            Please take notice that the Village of Depew Planning Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. (pre-board meeting begins at 6:00 P.M. in OEM Office/Conference Room) in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 85 Manitou St., Depew, N.Y.  All social distancing and mask requirements will be followed as per the Governor’s order 202.

To consider the application for submission by: Adela Darwish, on behalf of Joe D Tire & Auto Repair 2 Inc, for the property located 5770 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043.

They are requesting the following:

Re-hearing from tabled 12/3/20 Planning Board meeting. Requesting a special use permit to operate an auto repair facility in a C-2 zone as per Chapter 260 § 260-27 under the guidelines of Chapter 260 § 260-33(N).   

 Any and all persons interested in such application will be heard at this time.  Applicants will be heard in person; public will be able to view and make comment via Facebook Live on the Village of Depew’s Facebook page due to social distancing restrictions.

Please note meeting/format is subject to change due to changing COVID-19 restrictions.
