VILLAGE OF DEPEW

PLANNING BOARD

            Please take notice that the Village of Depew Planning Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. (pre-board meeting begins at 6:00 P.M. in OEM Office/Conference Room) in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 85 Manitou St., Depew, N.Y.  All social distancing and mask requirements will be followed as per the Governor’s order 202.

To consider the application for submission by: Joseph Palumbo of Carmina, Wood, Morris, DPC on behalf of Dr. Kristen Robillard for property located on 571 Terrace Blvd, Depew, NY.  The following matters to be review:

They are requesting the following:

Final site plan review for parking lot expansion. The current zoning is R-1, residential with special use permit for C-2 office building.

Any and all persons interested in such application will be heard at this time.  Applicants will be heard in person; public will be able to view and make comment via Facebook Live on the Village of Depew’s Facebook page due to social distancing restrictions.
