VILLAGE OF DEPEW

PLANNING BOARD

            Please take notice that the Village of Depew Planning Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. (pre-board meeting begins at 6:00 P.M. in OEM Office/Conference Room) in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 85 Manitou St., Depew, N.Y.  All social distancing and mask requirements will be followed as per the Governor’s order 202.

To consider the application for submission by: Shakawat Hossain for the property located at 5770 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043. The following matters to be review:

They are requesting the following:

Requesting site plan review for parking expansion for an additional six spots. The current zoning is C-2, Shopping Center District.

Any and all persons interested in such application will be heard at this time.  Applicants will be heard in person; public will be able to view and make comment via Facebook Live on the Village of Depew’s Facebook page due to social distancing restrictions.
