VILLAGE OF DEPEW

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Depew will hold a Public Hearing on September 28, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 85 Manitou Street, Depew, NY to consider the application of David Sylvia for the property located at 70 Harvard Ave, of Chapter 260, §260-14(B)(1)(h), to allow him to construct a driveway within the required minimum setback of three feet to any interior, rear or exterior property line, requesting two feet of relief from three feet setback.

 

 A pre-board meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. in the Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 85 Manitou St., Depew, N.Y.   

 

Any and all persons interested in such application will be heard at this time.
