Tree Removal Form (PDF) must be completed and returned to the Clerk's Office. The Public Works Department completes tree trims and removals in the winter months on trees located in the Village Right of Ways. If a tree needs to be trimmed or removed, please fill out the appropriate form and return to the Village Clerks office. Tree trimming and removals are done during the winter months.
